What we collect

When you use a form on this site (contact, volunteer application, event RSVP, newsletter, store order, or donation form), we collect only what you type: typically your name, email address, phone number, and message. Our web server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages visited, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To respond to your message, application, RSVP, or order.
• To send the newsletter you signed up for (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To operate, secure, and improve this website.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
• We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Donations

Online payment processing is not yet live. When it launches, card details will be handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor (such as Stripe or Donorbox) — card numbers will never touch our servers.

Children

This website is intended for adults — parents, guardians, volunteers, and donors. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 online. Program enrollment for youth happens in person with a parent or guardian.
